Hot Lunch Program

The Home & School Association is happy to bring you the Hot Lunch Committee.  This is a not-for-profit committee that serves lunch to any St. John’s student or staff member for a reasonable price.

Guidelines

• Hot lunches are served once a week (usually on Wednesday), approximately three times during each month.
• Hot lunches are ordered on a monthly basis at a cost of $2.50 for each hot lunch ordered.
• If you would like to order for the entire year in advance, there are 23 lunches at $2.50 per. This is a total of $57.50 per student. There is an additional charge for any extra entrees ordered. Extra entrees cannot be ordered unless you order the entire lunch.
• Monthly order forms will come home in the Family Envelope. Please fill out the form completely and return it in a sealed envelope with a CHECK made payable to St. John’s Hot Lunch. (No cash please). On the front of the envelope please identify the contents as Hot Lunch and print your family name. There is no obligation to order hot lunch.
• There are no refunds for any missed lunches.
• Please pay promptly by the due date written on the order form.
• Volunteers are essential for this program. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please contact the school for further information.
